A Conversation for Talking Point: Are We Really Alone In The Universe?
It's all about timing
Mat Started conversation Dec 8, 2008
Humans have only exisited in the history of the universe very recently and so the odds of another intelligent life existing at the same time are very low. They may have once been other intelligent life or there may be in the future but right now the chances are very slim.
I think it's a fact that usually gets overlooked. Don't get me wrong, I would love there to be life out there and part of me suspects there is.
