Teig:

125g Butter
125g Zucker
1 Ei
1 P. Vanillezucker
1/2 P. Backpulver
250g Mehl

Teigrand in der Springform hochdrücken

Pudding:

3/4 Liter Apfelwein
2 P. Vanille- oder Sahnepudding
150g Zucker
1 P. Vanillezucker
1/2 Teelöffel Zimt
800g kleingeraspelte Äpfel

2 P. süße Sahne

Den Pudding kochen und heiß über die Äpfel schütten, etwas erkalten lassen, dabei mehrmals durchrühren.
Die Masse auf den Teig geben. Bei 225 Grad Celsius ca. 60 Min. backen. In der Form erkalten lassen. Sahne schlagen und über den fertigen (abgekühlten !) Kuchen geben. Mit Zucker und Zimt bestreuen.
