h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I wrote the original back in the days when all the articles were short and silly, and so I wrote it in a short and silly style, and the approved article too is short and silly.

I would like to update the approved version, though. It irritates me the way the approved article says nothing about the village itself. I've made the changes to:

This article gets my vote! Interesting, and useful to a traveller to the area.
