Most graffiti is ugly vandalism.
Near my house a fence adornment informs me that A*** S****** had visited that spot, and that the said person was of the opinion that a group of people he described as "Pakis" should go "home", an opinion that seems merely quaint now.
Someone else has taken the trouble to delight us with the word "MOSH" some 10 feet up a shop's side wall.
Some contribution to Art and Urban Improvement they make. Hah.

High on Bushey Arches near Watford (UK), the famous legend "Lorraine I Love You - Cliff" has been captivating viewers since the 80's. Does anyone know if this love was returned and consummated?
