Yes....but WHERE are the damn buttons?

OK...I reckon I could handle GuideML, and I'm told that if I press a button, the tegs menu will appear. But WHERE is the button. Ah cannae see one!
Similarly - I'm told that I can press a button to submit an entry (mine or someone else's) for peer review. Again....WHERE is this button? In my journal? In a conversation. Can't see one in either place.
(As a matter of policy, can't we have Help text that says "Click the button " ?)
