Humans get the most choices of classes, are one of only two races that can play a monk, and level faster than most other races, the other being the Iksar race. However, they suffer from lesser overall starting stats. Humans are considered a good race, even though they can get pretty corrupt. Humans cannot see the dark, and need a light source when going out at night. Other than halflings, no other race levels as fast as a human.
