Puffypants -NOT AN ACE or anything else. Just a chocolate lover and a Friend of Tibet. Posted Aug 31, 2004
Hi John,
Would you like some ? How about some ? ? ?
I do hope I am being friendly enough. How about a ? or a ? Hmm, maybe that's a bit too friendly...

Too friendly? Certainly not! Welcome to h2g2 Friends of Tibet. Do, please, have a look around and, if you have any questions, don't be shy about asking them.
... And don't worry about getting chocolate finger prints on things. The cleaners are in on Friday and everything wipes down quite nicely.

By the way, you joined the chocolate lovers(well I guess you should know that) and members are needed at "The Chocolate Lovers Discussion Area" conversation to help add more things to the chocolate lovers page.

Xavier The Magic Penguin. I don't really have much else to say. Posted Aug 31, 2004
Hello John,
I'm Xavier. Would you like some and biscuits?
You have a very nice personal space. It must have taken a lot of work.
(Is this friendly enough? How about a ? Is this TOO friendly? I know you didn't think that Puffypants' was too friendly, but a has to be doesn't it?)

As long as it's not too juicy, a is fine with me.
h2g2 Friends of Tibet is quite a serious place, about a very serious subject. It's where I work, really; although work, too, can be fun.
After work, I go home to my personal space, here: U33262
I hope that you will have a good look around h2g2 Friends of Tibet. There is a fine collection in our library (A2179974), for example.

Lilac-Wine Posted Sep 9, 2004
Hi,
I tried so hard to get tickets to attend a lecture given by His Holiness in Liverpool earlier this year, alas they had all gone within an hour.
I live in hope that one day I will see Him.

I saw HH in Ottawa, this Spring. It was a defining moment, for me.

My wife and I had the good fortune to attend the public talk at the Skydome in Toronto. Both were amazing experiences. The Skydome, normally a big soulless concrete bowl with a retractable lid, seemed to resonate with HH's presence (hence the name, Kundun=Presence) in a way that I wouldn't have thought possible. It was remarkable.
I truly hope that you do get a chance to see Him, Lilac-wine. Welcome to h2g2 Friends of Tibet.

Hi all,
A selection of very beautiful banners and badges (as well as the original old wooden button) are now available absolutely free. They make wonderful gifts for all occasions. And all of them link directly to h2g2 Friends of Tibet. Share and enjoy!
Click A2268506 to see them and pick up the GuideML for your own h2g2 Friends of Tibet badge, banner or button.
The new banners and badges were designed by Asteroid Lil (U81931), who has done a knock-out job!
