Ps if anyone is interested i have this code on my page which automatically links to the correct page (this site) for welcoming any * new users that have joined in the last 12 months.

Are newbies greeted via email? If so, for some reason after starting here (I also started at 3 other places around the same time) my inbox at Yahoo get's filled in about 2 hours...I changed emails this morning (or afternoon depending on where your reading this at).
So if email is how new people are greeted, I missed it. Could I be greeted again?

No there is a new user list that we go by and elcome on site
Are you subscribed to one of those sites you reply to the E-Mail or something like that

never mind, I got greeted...infact, 9 hours ago, I just missed it.
Still learning the ropes, I'm glad I got a chance to have my first posting to a conversation to be a 'stupid question'...aint it grand to be a n00b!

Sorry guys my PC was hit big time by the latest set of viruses - despite having a substantial firewall!!!!!! I have been offline now for 4 weeks. I woulda helped but I have only been back online for an hour. Gimme a couple of days to get through my backlog and I will be ready to keep an eye out again.
