Whoever wrote this so called guide missed out p for pillock which is what they are. They obviously have no idea what they are writing about.
I will give one small example. Ginger is not the name of a person with red hair but rather the name given to the colour of the hair. Ginger is in fact commonly used to describe a soft drink bought in a bottle like lemonade.
It is a common name given to a cat with red hair and can be used as a nickname for a person with red hair.
