A Conversation for Seven Swans A-Swimming
Eating swans

As I understand it, fellows of St John's College of the Univeristy of Cambridge (where I have a feeling Douglas Adams himself was an undergraduate) are allowed to kill swans, or at least have them killed, in order to eat them.
I've found an interesting recipe at http://www.bertc.com/swans.htm if you're interested. There are other incredible recipes on this site -- I was especially impressed by "whole stuffed camel". Yummy.

The problem with camels is that they have to be cleaned very well.
