I'm not sure if this should be in Peer Review, since the author hasn't posted in a year, but I think there should be an Edited Entry on bra sizes and it's rude to just write one when this is already here. Any suggestions?

That entry will need a lot of tidying before it is ready for the guide. Since the author isn't around, nobody will be able to edit this, so it doesn't make much sense to put it in Peer Review.
(Originally subeditors would be expected to do that sort of editing, but not anymore. Unfortunately they never removed the ability to submit someone else's entry to Peer Review).
If the author hasn't been around, you can write your own one with impunity. If you want to take their entry as the basis for yours, you should:
a) leave a message at their space
b) add them as an author to your entry.

Even if the author was here, this entry would need an awful lot of work to get into the Edited Guide -- in its current state, it implies that a simple tape measure can tell you what bra size you should wear, which is patently untrue.
The best a tape measure can tell you is what bra size you should try first -- but your chest measurement will be slightly different everytime you do it, and there are tremendous variations across manufacturers in how cup sizes are determined.

Wow, I really am motivated when I'm supposed to be writing essays, huh?
A simple tape measure tells you what bra size SHOULD fit you, but not which size you should wear. A subtle distinction.
