Mr Gibur is currently being held on the charge of Assassination, attempted murder and wanten destruction of several buildings...
we are awaiting confirmation of his sentence at the moment

What of his defence? What of the facts? Jotra may be an uptite egotistical jerk, but he is not a murderer. What happened? What is the evidence against him?

he was found holding a highly explosife device in the middle of a highly populised aria
and he was seen by many people in a confruntation with master enlan when she and her apprentices were here to help oversee the change of governing bodies
indeed the evedence against him was quite good i beleve

Ah, now I've only met Enlan once, and it was for but a short time, but of the two she'd be the one I'd be more suspicious of. I don't particularly like Jotra, however I did like Enlan and that is not neccessarily a good sign.
Did you question both her and Jotra about the incident? And what of the damage here, when did that occur?

we have been unable to contact Enlan since her conflict with Jotra and his co-worker,
Enlen and her apprentices were able to deal with the accomplece but not with mr Gibur himself.
as for questioning mr gibur we are unable to do so, as you well know Jedi are well known for there mind tricks, they are not trustworthy indeviduals,
Chancelor Kellin himself has told us this in the past and we did not listen and fell to the Jedi mind tricks and evil tricks, I assure you that shall not happen again!
The damage occured about one month ago.... the damage as you put it is the Death of our priminister, the delay of all the official procedings due to the security risk your jedi friend created and risk he posed to all the people of Kamino, we found a resedent with an explosive around there Neck.
do i need to point out how serious this is or would you rather share a cell with your friend for... terrorist sympathsising

Firstly, he's _not_ my friend and secondly, you and who's army? I may be a Jedi, but I am also a Sith and I would not need explosives to blow something, or someone *stares at the clerk* into tiny bite sized pieces. I do not apreciate being threatened do not do so again.
