h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

*turns body to parry each blow*

[You know that shielding I had?

Well I've upgraded!]

*throws out arms and blue saber hits and beam destablises and disappears*

[it's called cortosis!]

*points lightsaber sideways and punches Annat in the gut*

*falls back winded*

Erm...

*re ignites saber and attacks again, avoiding the shielding*

*swings a blow straight for the power cable attached to the shield generator*

*Keezo laughs and sweeps legs*

< Cortosis is natural. No power needed. >

*backflips out of the path of the sweep*

*force lightning arcs towards Keezo's bionic arm*

*catches it on arm and throws it back*

< probably! I've got more surprises though! >

*earths the lightning*

*starts to hack at Keezo, wide wild swinging blows from either side followed by a kick to the chest*

*blocks heavily then flies backwards*

*lightsaber slides through cable and lighting drops heavily leaving a sphere of blue and one of red.*

*spins around and launches a blow at Keezo's head*

*dodges just in time but grazes right along cheek*

[GAAAAARGHHHH!!!] *angrily sends lightsaber across Annat's left arm*

*dodges but a long nick appears accross his arm, instantly cauterised*

Arrrgh. Dammit!

*uses the saber to knock Keezo's saber away and kicks him in the face*

*saber flies away and keezo uses feet to slow down with arm making scraping noises as it draws across bridge (blackboard noise) for balance leaving scratch marks*

*Keezo leaps up leaving only Annat in the blue of his saber*

*turns off the 'saber and the room is plunged into total darkness*

*listens for noises*

*slight heavy breathing*

*klink of lightsaber on floor*

*spins towards the noise and flicks out, simoultaneously igniting the lightsaber*

*hits air (wrrrrm)*

KEEZO: [You feel that? Your padawan is learning... enjoying each kill upon my guards] *echoes* *footsteps*

*turns towards the noise again*

He is strong. He can resist the call of the darkside.

KEEZO: [Maybe be. be.. be...]

[But it's easier to fall than you think ink. ink.. ink...]

I know darksider. I've come close.

But redemption is also possible.

*kneels in meditation, lightsaber still in had held perpendicular to the floor*

*footsteps from behind*

*jumps up and backflips to place him behind the sound*
