Hi Bluebottle,
As an old hand you'll be well aware that the posting above means that another of your articles has started along the path to Eneditedment. Congratulations on once again adding a small but perfectly formed body of knowledge to the mighty lexicon that is our Guide.

Thanks Global Village.
I wouldn't say this one was "perfectly formed", though. It was my 3rd attempt at a Guide Entry 2 years ago, when I didn't know what I was doing, and it was rejected from the Guide once. And then, when I decided to re-write it to make it Guide-compatible, I found that I'd forgotten 95% of what I knew about section 16(2)(a)! Yet, a bit of research later and I think it's up to standard
