Welcome, unsuspecting readers, to The Time Zone. This is the page where time stands still, respectfully, for us to talk about what we're gonna talk about, in this case, the big event that's slowly looming up on the horizon, Christmas 2000. I don't know about U but I'm beginning 2 see the Millenium as just a bigger commercial venture than most other Christmases. I mean, you don't buy an advent calendar any more, you buy a "Millenium Countdown Calendar." It really gets on my nerves, that. But, having made Christmas sound like a flickin' waste of time,
I've gotta say it has it's good points. Affording things I'd never be able 2 normally afford, for instance. Still, I'm sticking to my original opinion. It has bad and good points. Sometimes I say I'm really glad that I make my Christmas presents, because I always end up broke afterwards anyway! Who knows what it's like to buy all of them?
and just as a point of personal interest, is there anyone out there that also makes their Christmas presents? I'm beginning to think I'm
alone! Oh well. Reply please, reader!

"The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is a wholly remarkable book. It has been compiled and recompiled many times and under many different editorships. It contains contributions from countless numbers of travellers and researchers."
