Yeah problem is
1)you would still need to give contact details on h2g2 which would then become public knowledge and leave your self open to a lot a spam
2)i think it would be against the law to sell books on h2g2 you could check with natalie but its a gut instinct you would need a trading licence or at the very least permission to sell them and against the house rules to link to such sites that sell books
the 3rd point could work would need more detail on what you would want and get our heads together

Top tip mk II
Welcome to my top tips for reviewing reference books.
1. Read the book;
Don't just skim through it like it or hate it tell us and tell us why.
Is it easy to rad and understand or do you need a degree in the subject to read the book, is it hard work.
Is the book trying to make any point, Is it written to enforce or justify a point of view, slavery capitalism anything inform us. Some books are propaganda tell it as you see it.
2.You cant spoil the plot tell us what its about;
The style is important. is it clear and is informative, stuffed with information on the subject, get us interested.
Is the information up to date and correct.
3. Some detail about what makes it worth reading;
Tell us how the book is written is it clear and well illustrated and will it hold the attention of the reader.
Will it provide all the information you want or will it leave gaps to be covered by other books.
4. Other books worth reading if you, or we like books on this subject History, People, Places, Hobby's;
This is the easy bit, it could be in the same series or type, or the same author.
If I an starting a hobby or project why should I read this.
5. Rate the book;
A simple ratting will do fine. And if necessary age range if adult themes are dealt with.
Don't bother
Boring
Average
Good
Excellent
So there you are my five points to reviewing books, I hope it helps, and please comment.
