I guess so.
they are thinking of runnig a race there. if monza loses its licence as it was reported to day than it could replace that maybe.

they woudl have to carry lots of cash to bribe the russian police when gught speeding.

It's about time San Marino lost it's licence though. There's a track with about as much overtaking as Monaco, but with none of the style and prestige.
Lets get shot of San Marino and bring on the Russian GP.
