h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

I am intrigued by the comments on Co Counselling and Re evaluation COunselling. I have been in RC for 5 years and have found it very useful. I do not agree that RC membership is floundering since Harvey Jackins death. I do not 'need' an international leader to feel connected to the work that Harvey worked very hard on for over 40 years. His son Tim is a good leader and has carried on with his fathers dream to end racism by the end of this century. It is entirely correct that working class and people of colour lead in this work, even though the hierarchy you speak of exists, the work itself is the most important work being done in the world at this time.The United to End Racism project of RC is the main focus and there is information at the website ( www.rc.org ). I am intrigued by the misinformation that is posted on the web about RC, and offer a theory that ex RC'ers have a grudge because they found out their beloved co- counsellors are only human and cannot solve all their problems. RC only really 'works ' for those who ' work ' at it. Nothing comes to no one without hard work. There are too many in the world who want instant gratification and this is an indication of how capitilism perpetuates greed, materialism and racism, not to mention all the other "isms ".
