Lib Dems honesty

The Lib Dems are claiming to be the party that is open and honest.
They are in fact being completley dishonest in claiming that student tuition fees have been abolished in Scotland. The premise being that they will do the same in England if elected.
There is a vital word missing in this repeated untruth. It is UPFRONT. In other words Scottish students pay after graduation.
We are tired of listerning also to BBC commentators also repeating this untruth.
Andrew Marr take note.
