A Conversation for The Best Beer Ever

Fullers ESB is easily available outside London (across the UK) in most supermarkets; it comes in bottles and very nice it is too.
My favourite, however, is St Peter's Porter (available at Sainsbury's). Very tasty.
I did once get a beer at our local shop called something like Jennings Winter Warmer, which was the scrummiest stuff I'd ever tasted, but unfortunately I've not seen it since.

Fullers, not too keen on the beers myself.
St Peter's Golden Ale is a beautiful beer which is pale to the extent of being the same colour as lager. I've not tried the porter though. I didn't like the fruit beers they did.
Jennings are a cumbrian brewery. The only one of theirs I can remember is called Sneck Lifter and it was a great dark ale with a wonderfull dark brown/red colour to it.

Ah, St.Peters Brewery... one of the best reason for moving to Suffolk, which I did The pub I occasionally work in stocks them on a regular basis, not many pubs do. I think my favourites of theirs are the Old Style Porter, the Honey Porter and the Grapefruit Beer
Jennings do, or rather did as it's been a while since I've drank any of their stuff other than Cockerhoop, a beer called La'al Cockle Warmer, lovely at around 6.5%(ish)
I was only talking yesterday about the values of Fullers beers. Me and a few of the chaps down't pub decided on a list of beers that let you know how well a pub looks after it's beers. Among the list was Fullers' London Pride, it's hard to go wrong with that beer. Always good. If not, go drink elsewhere

I'm more of a fan of John Smiths for "can't go wrong" beers.
Bt I think that was exactly the Jennings beer I was after again. Very full flavour, like the porter from St Peters.

It works, but you missed a 'u'
I'm not too keen on John Smiths myself. It's a bit lacking in orginal flavour for me, most of what's there giving it it's body is just extremely tiny gas bubbles.
