I think I can help here. This article seems to only be half finished. I think that DD was intending to finish this one day, but never quite got around to it. It's not part of the Approved Guide (the bit that gets checked over properly) which anyone can contribute to but isn't given the same amount of spit and polish which the Approved Guide always gets.
