American Grand Prix

Hey EV you do know that all of us know the result it's just that we're not telling DD as he's waiting for ITV...although I don't know if Menza knows. Menza do you know?

Nope, I'll wait till all the fun and games are over. And read it tomorrow.

*considers suggesting Formula 1 charades to see if Menza can guess the result, decides against it as DD might accidently read it*
So you're not even going to watch the handily timed 3.35am highlights then

It was very good footage...admittedly I had the radio commentary on so that allowed me to understand what was happening but you could imagine and then maybe a Minardi would win
*wonders if she gave too much away by revealing that a Minardi didn't win*

One of them did get up into third place for a while, in front of... er, let's just say "Driver X". Confused Murray no end, he couldn't understand why the blue flags weren't out... Martin had to point out that there were no blue flags because the Minardi really was in third place.
Have I said too much?

Well I think the eveil BT monster has forced Menza to leave and DD's watching the race now so I think you should be safe

As Martin said at one point, the race was like a moving CV for him. I'm so happy he managed to stay competitive for the race as he must have got a cart contract for next year now
And I had a good thought (ok I admit I had to get someone else to do the maths for me) even if Mika wins the next two races and Schumi comes second then Schumi will still be the rightful world champion as he's won 7 races and Hakkinen will only have won 6
