The recovery is going fine, I think the weekend helped to eliminate a lot of the poison from my system.

Plus I've also managed to overcome a major crisis in the last 2 4hours as well. So all in all not too bad, I suppose I'd better get ready to head off to work now though.

Just about to go home myself...then off to rugby training.
