Aching...cavalry training at the weekend = 7 hours on horseback in total. Not helped by a horse that thought canter should be gallop resulting in me disappearing into the distance while the rest of the regiment look on.

Yeah, just a bit, at least I stayed on and managed to slow her down and rejoin my section, fortunately we were not carrying sabres at the time She was fine in walk and trot.

Well, for my part I'm just calming down after a nasty attack of Deadline Trauma, a curse known to all professional writers and students. Symptoms include frenzied researching, sleeplessness and hyper-anxiety. Anyway, my piece for the Guinness Book Of Hit Singles has been delivered and I hope they zarking well like it because it's the best I can zarking well do.
And the research got worse. I had to look at the official Cliff Richard website today.
