Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but as this stands it's not the kind of thing we're looking for in Peer Review. Specifically it needs to be a lot more objective and factual. You might like to visit the Writing-Guidelines page for more information.
If you could change the focus of this from what those involved think about trips (which is subjective) to why the trips are planned, what can be gained from them, and where they go (which is more objective, and interesting), this would be a much better entry.
