Melanie dreamed that Simone was already gone and Toby was missing but presumed dead. William and Conrad checked downstairs while Rita stayed with Margaret. She turned around, and when she looked back Rita's neck was slit and there was blood everywhere. Then Patrick rushed in with a bloody headwound and fell in her lap. Nadine appeared behind her and chased Margaret laughing maniacally until she fell off a cliff. Then Margaret woke up in the hospital and Habib was sitting by her side. Her first words to him were, "Is Abigail alright?"
