What does this phenomenon within photography say about the fractal nature of the world in general? It's a subset of a subset of a subject, but it seems to show the fractal nature of reality.

A ery well written piece, but it does seem that it belongs more in a conversation than in PR. Perhaps you might consider giving us more information about the subject matter.

You also write a lot of it in the first person, something that is not entirely acceptable for the guide.

You should really go back and try and write it in the third person and give us a lot more insight.

smiley - ok

It goes way over my head, I'm afraid. Maybe one of the h2g2 photographers can review its technical content, because I'm not sure what you're doing with your camera (if that's what it's about)

As the previous reviewer said, try not to write in the first person - it's the house style.

Gnomon - time to move on

I must say I really don't understand this entry on a quick reading. When you talk about RAW formats, is that an acronym, or are you actually just talking about raw formats (that is, unprocessed)?

You really don't explain a lot of the stuff you are talking about. That's not good enough for the Guide. You need to assume that the person reading this owns a digital camera but doesn't know any more than how to press the "Take a picture" button. Aim it at that audience and then I might be able to understand it enough to tell you if it is any good or not.

If it was more understandable, I'd say FM, but to an amateur like me it doesn't make any sense whatsover. So I'll second smiley - ok
