...has another entirely unreasonable form of transport that goes by the same name. The cable cars are mostly a tourist attraction these days, but a popular one at that. It's surprising it works at all if you think about how it works.
And, well, if you consider San Francisco Muni (the public transit system) as a whole, you kind of come to expect things not to work.
