The Hall of Mirrors
Mr. Dreadful - But really I'm not actually your friend, but I am... Started conversation Nov 21, 2006
*This room is much larger than the TV room. There are several full-length mirrors leaning against the walls. The floor appears to have been tiled using broken pieces of vinyl LPs. A very old CLI MaidBot sits in the corner looking dejected. There is a door directly opposite the one from the TV room which leads to the Broom Closet, and another on the right-hand wall which leads to the Dining Room.*

*the Mammoth peers into the hall of mirrors*
Is rather surprised by all the other mammoths in there as he hasn't seen other mammoths for a very long time.

Will you act as a guide to these here dimensions? Please

MaidBot: To which dimensions are you *FIZZ* referring?
The Hall of Mirrors
Elentari Posted Nov 21, 2006
*returns*
*whispers to Wooly Mammoth*
Psst - I'm a girl, by the way! And it's Elentari, not Etinari!
*speaks to MaidBot*
I believe Marion referred to it as the Other Dimension. You live here, you tell us!
*waits for answer*

MaidBot: "You refer to the time/space *FIZZ* area in which we currently reside? ACCESSING DATABANKS! This dimension consists of a series of interconnected rooms. It is rumoured that there is an area known as Outside but that has been debunked *FIZZ* as a myth by the High Church of The One True Room. The native inhabitants of this area of the dimension were apparently wiped out during the great Back Door schism, although we do occasionally get visitors. How else may I be of service?"
*The MaidBot coughs alarmingly.*
MaidBot: "ADVERTISEMENT: Do you have problems keeping your appliances powered? Then use Ultima Uraniam-233 Batteries, with a half life of 160,000 years you'll never want for power again! See our website for our other products including giant TVs and-."
*The MaidBot powers down again.*

BondageBeanBag Posted Nov 21, 2006
*the BeanBag perks up in a slightly disturbing way at the mention of "appliances"*
*best not to think about it*

*peers carefully at Elentari*
Ah yes, of course. My mistake.
What fascinating dimension, composed entirely of the indoors.
Now where can I get that sort of battery?
I have a thought - maybe the object of our quest is being used as some sort of ritual object by The High Church of The One True Room? I've been to the British Museum, all sorts of things are used as Ritual Objects.
Perhaps we should take our quest there..
What do you think?
Looks at the Beanbag to see what it thinks?
*Begins to look around the Hall of Mirros for a nice large map, preferably with a 'you are here'arrow on it.
