Green, argh, why green?
The second paragraph is rather specific to the First World, isn't it? I doubt that comics have as much distribution in, say, Angola as they do in the United States.
In the third paragraph the word "genre" ought to be the plural "genres."
The choice of heroes seems a bit idiosyncratic. What happened to Captain America, for example? And if you're going to include Judge Dredd, what about American Flagg? No doubt I could go on, as the genre is huge. I think you need to fix up your intro a bit to explain that these are just a few personal favorites (if that's what they are).
And overall, I'd like to see a bit more depth. You could easily write a doctoral thesis on this subject (in fact, I'm sure someone has). Possibly this is just too ambitious a topic to attempt in a single H2G2 entry.

Hey Løønytünes!
Like your article - I'm an avid reader of, well, everything, really, but I've always liked reading comics. My comic of choice was Tintin (Kuifje in Dutch), and also Suske and Wiske - a Belgian comic.
But 'nuff 'bout me. About your article:
The article is well divided between the general comic information and the specific comic heroes. The level of detail on each hero is on the scant side for my liking, but just right for the article. And, let's face it, who ever gave a toss about my liking?
Nice one

Um, your choice of superheroes is a bit arbitrary (Captain Haddock?). Plus it might be an idea to do at least a brief runthrough of how heroes in general changed over the years - heroic, flawless and square in the 40s and 50s, troubled yet hip in the 60s and 70s, you know the sort of thing. Plus, and it's a tiny point, your description of Daredevil makes him sound like a satanist wizard. Which I don't recall he was.

Awix, good points.
Thanks for reviewing it everyone. To tell the truth I had forgotten about it. Time to get my act together before it is rejected by TPTB.
