I hope you don't mind my printing this out as help with my English homework; I have to write a story pretending I go back in time and I happened to choose 480BC which is the Battle of Thermopylae and I think this will help..
I'm sure you don't mind.
LOL Lisa.

I don't mind and if it would help I can check up on what my books have on this battle, although I now only have a couple of books with me.

Just as well as I couldn't find any reference to that battle in the books I have.

I'm not surprised, I could only find one book in the school library. Although there were some sites that sort of helped... Sortof.

So what happened in this battle, ie who fought who and why. I'll take it as read that people died.

There's this very marshy teeny pass at Themopylae and the Persians were trying tom get through but the Greeks and Spartans were trying to stop them. Then this Greek traitor tells the Persians about a secret path around the hill, the Persians go round and surround Greeks and Spartans, Persians win and pass through.

Well unless that power can reach over several miles I don't think I have much to worry about.

There is no such thing as talking too much, although you do have to watch what it is you are saying.
