In my sloppy, slacker-style "research" (did the Editors get my reciepts?
) I have made the determination that "General Tso" is named such because some Chinese immigrant tried Colonel Sanders chicken and decided their mom's was better, and that a General was better than some dumb old Colonel.
This is not official Guide material, but maybe I will flesh it out into an actual article. Provided less slacker research actually supports my theory, that belongs to me, which is this.........
