Tea has a long, huge history. I see no mention of the East India Company, tea bags, or brownian motion. Lengthen this entry a bit!

True... Yet iced tea has had a much shorter history... First, tea would have had to make it to a place that actually had frozen water at some point... and then someone would have had to think that maybe some ice in the tea might make it taste good. Perhaps I should put this in the article... I agree, after reading it again, I should make it longer...
Besides, to include the history of tea, just for iced tea, would seem a little over zealous. I figure, let the experts figure out what they are going to do with the tea entry (after all, it holds a special place in the hearts and minds of h2g2 readers.) I just wanted to do a subset...
