I think what you have described in general is 'artistic licence' and that only the first point can be considered to be poetic licence. Might be helpful to come up with some examples of where things have been changed. For instance, describing the way that film producers are rarely loyal to the book assuming the public are too stupid and will find it either confusing or too complicated.

Okay look at every Grisham book and film. The books are quite good with complex plots but the films have charecters removed or altered to make them simpler or in the case of The Client they tried to make the bad guy a good guy. They remove half of the plots which can then make it confusing if you have already read the book.
Another example is the new Hannibal Lecter film. I believe the ending of the book is being completley changed for the film although having read the book I can understand why!
