our goverment makes a big thing about getting schools etc connected to the net. BUT they seem to think we must only ever speak to them by snail mail etc. Try getting YOUR mp's email address never mind the useful ones like Minister for Health, Prime Minister, Minster of transport.

If any one out there has this info can they PLEASE publish it

If we let our politicians get away with this we deserve everything they are (going to) do (ing) to us

I had asked the two main parties. Nothing from the Torries. Totally incorrect info from labour (is either surprising ??)

As far as the Government (ANY government any Party) is concerned. The truth is none of our concern. We should obey it's rules, do what we are told and behave. We shouldn't be asking them questions!!! What kind of Government official would waste time listening to the public when BT and the Banks have much more money that can be extorted.

I'm a decent guy, I stick within most of the rules (the ones that protect others from my actions). I don't kill (unlike the Church or Governments) I don't steal (unlike the Church or Governments), I don't lie blatantly (you know what I'm saying).

The primary role of Government was initially to protect property from the majority. That ideology still remains today. Protect the Status Quo.

The thing is we live in a representative democracty and if enough of the constituents of an MP write or e-mail in about the smae thing they do tend to take notice after all in another few years they are relying on you for their income and expence account.

So let your voice be heard, they are there to represent you, and constituents are important and often these queries are raised in the house.
