Okay, so this is saying that if you love something or someone alot, that you're on the brink of hating them, and vise versa?

hmm that doesn't make much sense though they are two sides of a coin. Maybe when you first meet them you could so easily hate them as much as you could love them because they are so close and as you know them more the coin settles.?
