So we had a few more days with the server down. It would be nice if someone could just even mention and maybe even apologise or at least explain. Or is this happening so frequently that they don't see the point? Or is it regional and happening to different people at different times?
Who is actually at the helm these days?
People say that the site is outdated, but I think it has many features that other, newer sites/forums don't have, which makes them less efficient and user-friendly.

For me the server was only down for 24 hours, although at other times there have been gateway errors that take 1 minute 42 seconds to resolve themselves so some patience has been required
There is an organisation structure somewhere on h2g2, but I only find it when I'm not looking for it Aha - got it A87730833
I agree TC - there's a lot to be said for 'old school' websites, rather than newfangled flashy animated graphics and things that can be tricky to navigate...

We got server errors in Texas as well, so I suspect the issues are on the H2G2 side, not regional.
