I finished my project today, and wasn't keen on hanging around for a month of not knowing if the job would be there from day to day.

I went shopping for gloves, scarf and wooley hat thing today. I currently own none of the above, as i don't usually feel the cold. But ageing and a gradual loss of hair means that i now feel the icy winds...
Of course none of the above is currently available-only bikinis, shorts. t-shirts etc. Absolute bloody madness-people don't buy clothes 4 months ahead!! It's cold NOW. so i want warm things NOW, goddammit!
I wouldn't mind so much if they stocked both spring, and winter clothes, it's the fact that come february, the shops start clearing the shelves of all winter clothing--come on guys, winter in scotland can last till June!!

Employment in general. It's a farce. The majority of people don't really want to be in the job they are in.
And unemployment. It's demoralising, demeaning. It kills your self esteem.

Yeah, w**k what a gyp,
Fellow employees have no respect for each other, a small list from today
1) Pile of crap left in front of my locker
2) Electric heater nicked from under my desk and not put back
3) Overflowing bins when I come in (we empty our own)
4) 6 (six) coffee cups on my desk (I don't drink hot drinks)
5) Rotten milk bottles in every nook and cranny
I just laugh at them from the inside because I get paid a lot more than them for doing the same job, but they don't know

Teeth...and tooth infection...and dentists that give you antibiotics and then say...
"and we'll do the root canal once the infections cleared up.. Oh, and we'll pull out that also infected wisdom tooth too while we're at it..."
