If this is going to get into the EG you're going to have to go through and decide on which tense to use. It's difficult, but it will have to be either past or present, but not both (and I suggest past)

The opening sentence! - I'm familiar enough with Buffy-speak to realise what a 'big bad' is, but... on the offchance that someone not familiar with the Buffyverse reads this, you'll need to make it a bit more clear. Likewise future references to things like Scoobies (???)

Finally - this is more like a review of what Spike did in Buffy rather than a biography of the character. It really needs paring down to the bone, and additions made only if they add to our knowledge of Spike the character, rather than what he did to Buffy/Sunnydale/the series.

Forgive my ignorance, but I'm not entirely sure what you're asking for here. Surely what you are asking for would require a complete re-write.

As for the past tense points. I did go through the entire entry, so if you could point out more specific areas that need to be looked at.

And yes, sorry, for me this would need a rewrite. I really like what I've seen of Spike (I'm not a regular Buffy viewer) so for me what I'd like to know isn't so much what he does as why and how it affects him.

For example:

He loves her and tried to rape her. This _must_ have done something to him. How did it manifest itself?

For me, if you're going to put a biog of a fictitious character in a show which already has it's own entry, you're going to need to come up with a little more of a list of parts of plots featuring Spike.

I've actually taken the time to look at a couple of other biographies (which I should have done in the first place) and I totally agree with what you say. I'll take it out and give it a full reworking.
