A Conversation for The h2g2 Word of the Day (Discontinued)

I'm not so sure that all those words listed on the Word of the Day page are genuine words ("Ohnosecond"?!!) but "Oojamaflip" made me think that maybe there are some more words meaning "thing" which deserve a mention. These are words that can be used whenever you can't remember the name of something. Here are a few candidates:
1. Oojamajig (or maybe Oojymajig)
2. Wossname/Whatsaname
3. Whatsit/Wotsit
4. Whojamycallit (or Oojamycallit)
5. Doo-dah
6. Doofy
7. Thingy/Thingumyjig
And for when you can't remember someone's name you have:
1. Whatsisname
2. Whatsisface
3. Mr/Mrs/Miss/Ms Errr... (although I suppose this doesn't really qualify as a word in its own right)
I'm sure there must be many more, maybe regional variations and dialect (dialectical? dialectual?) words. Can anyone think of any?
