It's great when it works, but so many people, though surely not _you_, seem to have an almighty difficult time with it.
Attorney's for instance, upon whom I have to expend an awful lot of my time because they actually pay my salary (and how's that for a role-reversal), seem disproportionately web-disabled.
The problem, I think, comes because they are accustomed to being THE VOICE OF AUTHORITY. The Internet makes them feel, um, squirmy.
Everyone one does it their way, nobody seems to follow the rules, things are unpredictable. Poor things, they just don't know how to deal with it. So, they hired me, and I'm here to help.
