If you right click on the picture and then select copy you should be able to then paste the picture you want into MS paint (assuming your stuck using Mr.Gates software like the rest of us!). Once in paint you should be able to crop and edit it as much as you want and also save it as a JPEG.
I could e-mail you the pictures but I'm on a work computer at the moment and I cannot send file attachments from my work email. We're an engineering company and all attachements are screened to make sure people don't send confidential drawings out of the building! If you need an e.mail of them you'll need to wait until I can get on to my hotmail account at lunchtime or tonight!
