The main entry on Doctor Who needs a bit of a rewrite:
1. The introduction was written before the revival of Doctor Who a few years back and gives the impression that the Doctor left our screens for good in 1989.
2. The bit about David Tennant was written just after the announcement that Tennant would be Doctor Who. It gives the date of the announcement as 16 April without a year. There's nothing about Tennant's time as the Doctor, and nothing about the 11th Doctor.
