Does anyone accept the Editors T-shirt Challenge to write A Short Guide To Basic Welsh Phrases?

I would have considered it but posts containing welsh words and phrases get moderated for falling foul of the nothing but english posting rules in place here.

In the general posting rules, there's an explicit occasional exemption for Welsh. It shouldn't be that hard for the internal staff to post an official limited permission slip somewhere to which on-topic posts for this project could link for the information/benefit of the external moderators who might otherwise be tempted to mindlessly remove posts without checking context.
