That's the easiest to understand technical part.
A negative psychic impact huh? that means its not producing that power its absorbing it.
It only slightly defies physics through magic (I-standard.)... to plot it it takes more than our numbers.
Why do you think its made of an element? Obviously its a compound!
Quite a margin of error considering the fact tat all you have to do for volume is water displacement or measure the circumfrence!

absorbs positive thoughts.
i didn't say it was an element, the computer did.
but it is incredibly heavy for a non radioactive material.
does the computer have water in it? no.
