Botanical parks are fantastic aren't they!
.
Even my humble field across the road is a wonder for wildlife and yet really it is just flat with short grass and a few hedges and trees.
I have regularly seen Green Woodpeckers, Chaffinch, Green Finch, Long Tail and assorted Tits, Jackdaws, Crows, Mistle Thrush,Song Thrush, Pied Wagtails and in winter Red Wing and Fieldfare en mass. I have seen at least 50+ Crows which is a joy and the regular Robins, Sparrows, etc. My local park has hidden treasures for those who take time to notice the local wildlife.

SS,
It is surprising what we can find on our doorsteps if we bother to look, but that is an impressive list all the same. So many people don't look beyond the pavement in front of them.
