We had a mobile user who had a problem which couldn't be fixed over the phone so we asked him to send in the laptop....which he did by sticking an address label and the appropriate number of stamps to it and putting it in the local mailbox.
Needless to say it was impossible to discover his original problem from the pile of glass and plastic we received the next morning.

Not at all, unfortunately...a four thousand pound laptop (this was a good few years back).
