A new word for Bullying in German?

Perhaps it is a little known fact but there is also bullying in Germany too ... (hope you all sat down!) but here there is only a word for the act - "Mobbing" (to bully someone) but at present, there is no word for the person that actually does the bullying!
Any ideas on a name and how to get it circulated? Perhaps I could ask Stunning Frenchie to translate Bully into French!

You can really say it with a sneer that should be resreved for bullies... I've been practicing it lots! Blimey, I've no done german since I was... um.. 13... but it's a bit like english until you get into complicated grammatical stuff (I know.. native english speaker complaining about grammar... sorry!)
