Would like to know of any strange little activities that give you pleasure - and you don't quite know why they are pleasurable.

Writing on the sole of a slipper with a ballpoint pen.
Writing on a banana skin with a ballpoint pen.
Cutting foam with scissors.
Slashing paper with a razor.

Trimming one's finger nails.
Doodling on one's wrist or the sole of one's feet.
Twirlings a little of one's hair into a knot and then plucking out.
Burning things!

I thought I was the only one who did that!!

You'd be surprised how many people do that.

Popping bubble wrap.

That reminds me of one of the 'Naked Gun' films, where the guards at the Oscar celebration are busy popping bubble wrap. We once kept three little boys busy and content during a longer car journey, by giving them the bubble wrap that had come with the pottery we had bought

Picking your socks.

I'll never get lost. Just have to follow the trail of sock fluff.

Peeling sunburnt skin

pulling a hanging thread and pulling and pulling....so thats where the hem went

And that's the true story behind the invention of the mini skirt.

Getting PVA glue all over your fingers then peeling it off.

Opening a new jar of something

teasing a skelf out of your finger with a pin
