John the gardener says, "Free Tibet!"

I wonder if Asian Longhorned Beetles are a problem in Europe, or elswhere. I have not seen any references to Europe; but it seems peculiar that they should only be a problem in Southeast Asia and North America. Perhaps European customs proceedures are more rigorous.
